I’ve stayed in fancier hotels with amazing amenities,, but never had staff treat me so well than at this Hampton Inn. Ashley at the front desk was more than accommodating. My family and I booked a smaller room on a very busy weekend. We were there after most of the traffic cleared out, and Ashley upgraded us to a suite because she knew we had young kids and they could use more space. The breakfast was fresh and always hot. My kids said they wanted to stay forever because they loved it so much. We were treated like family from the moment we walked in the door. I know we will be back and I won’t even consider looking into any other options.

Room was fine. Service fine. One mistake. I booked a King Room on my reservation. I called and changed the date to one day later. No problem in communication that I knew of. I ended up with Quenn Room. Not a huge deal, so I did not try to change. I thought about it today and decided to mention it. My wife and I are on our retirement tour. First night in celebrating! We could have made a scene.

Everyone was friendly. We were here before, so no big changes. Rooms clean and beds comfortable. Breakfast was good. Location has lots of places to eat and shop. Wish we were able to stay longer, were in town for a funeral, but love this area. Great that it is pet friendly.

I really liked that my room wS very clean! I loved the hot cookies you guys put out, it's a very warm touch. The morning breakfast was perfect 👌

Friendly desk staff and location is so close to many stores and restaurant. Area felt very safe . Room was clean but definitely needs updating which I believe management is proposing to do so in near future
